Pursuant to the Act on Personal Data Protection the Agency has established a Central Register with records on personal data filing system.

The method of maintaining records as well as the form of such records are prescribed in the Government Regulation

• the Regulation on the method of maintaining the records and the form of the records on personal data filing system (Official Gazette, No. 105/04).

Data controllers are obliged to deliver the records to the Agency in the prescribed manner.

The records in the Central Register are publicly accessible.
